How will we achieve our goal?
Our act will assure that workers will have the right to join together to improve their wages and working conditions, with or without a union and ensure peaceful industry-labor relations with the promotions of collective bargaining. It will also create a new National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) to arbitrate deadlocked labor-management disputes, guarantee democratic union elections, and penalize unfair labor practices by employers.
