Roosevelt's 3 R's
The Three R's stand for Relief, Recovery, as well as Reform. President FDR has come up with this economic plan to help the United States recover from the Great Depression. Relief stops the depression from getting worse by giving feeding people and giving homeless shelter. Recovery helps our country to recover and provide jobs to the unemployed so that Americans can take care of themselves without further government assistance. Reform created agencies and laws were made that changed the way businesses operate, this was so we do not have to come across another Great Depression.
Relief
The National Labor Relations Board helps with the Relief Section in FDR's Economic plan by giving the unemployed a reason to work again. They would not have to worry about if their employer would be practicing the wrong business methods. This act helped the unions thus it helped the workers.
Recovery
The National Labor Relations Board will help a company rebuild from the ground up and make sure that they recover to their former selves so they may pay back the given funds. The NLRA fixes the U.S. economy and the many banks that have lost everything due to the Great Depression.
Reform
The National Labor Relations Board will help reform our economy by making sure all Companies abide by the rules for fair treatment among each individual worker. More people will be able to have a stable job and will get out of being homeless.
